How to get or give help across the Inland Northwest

Our community is facing a food crisis. We created a comprehensive map of all the resources in our region, so you can find the nearest food pantries, community organizations and restaurants offering free food closest to you.

Click "view larger map" in the right hand corner to search for resources near a specific address.

With the federal government shutdown and the Trump administration refusing to fully disburse SNAP benefits, community members who rely on the program are leaning on local food banks and organizations to get enough food at record numbers.

That’s why RANGE Media, Waters Meet Foundation, and Spokane Community Against Racism have created a resource map to support individual and community responses to the current food crisis. The map shows where you can get food resources and by clicking the “Give Support” tab on the left side of the map, you can see where you can help, donate or share resources. It covers seven counties, three Sovereign Tribal Nations and beyond.

You can also help in this effort by noting if anything is inaccurate by commenting on our spreadsheet and adding additional resources through this form. We will be checking the spreadsheet on a regular basis to keep information as up to date as possible.

This resource was built from publicly available information, and we want to give credit to those organizations, including: The Fig Tree Directory, Spokesman Review, Sporgs: Folks Near You Doing Good Things, City of Spokane CHHS, Spokane County Food Bank Sheet, Northeastern Washington Hunger Coalition, Northwest Harvest Food Access Network, and 2nd Harvest Food Finder.
